Order Processing Period

Once payment successfully clears, our warehouse team will validate and prepare your order for dispatch. Standard processing takes between 2‑5 business days. Weekends and national public holidays do not count towards processing timelines.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery durations vary based on your location within Canada. All delivery timelines shown on checkout are estimated values and cannot be fully guaranteed. Unforeseen carrier disruptions, weather events, or regional postal backlogs may extend transit times.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are dynamically calculated during checkout, determined by your delivery address and total weight of your package. We occasionally activate special promotional thresholds for complimentary shipping across our store.

Customs & Duties

For shipments delivered to addresses outside of Canada, local import taxes, customs duties or clearance fees may apply upon arrival. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. We hold no authority over customs clearance assessments applied by foreign authorities.

Package Tracking

Once your goods leave our fulfillment facility, you will receive an automated notification email containing your unique tracking reference, so you can monitor your parcel’s delivery progress.
